The ALA25S Gold (formerly also known as the model 929) is a classic alphanumeric pager in a full-size form factor. Features include:
- Narrowband or wideband operation (selectable via programming software);
- A holographically-enhanced 4-line display (zoomable to 2 lines) for improved definition and clarity, paired with a crisp, blue backlight;
- 4 navigation buttons;
- Rugged, heavy gauge polycarbonate plastic housing;
- Power from a single AA alkaline battery (plus lithium backup battery).
